The All Ireland Theatre Committee will be holding their annual children’s day on Saturday 10th  February and Sunday 11th February in the Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth. Ms Vanessa Hooper, a fellow and examiner with the IDTA will be giving the Ballet lectures; Ms Vanessa trained at the Royal Ballet and is now the Chairperson of the Ballet Committee for the IDTA. Ms Shani Mitchell is also fellow and examiner with the IDTA and will be giving our Freestyle lectures. Ms Shani choreographs shows worldwide; she is a member of the IDTA Modern Jazz Committee and is currently a member for the Teaching staff for Phil Winston’s Theatre works College in Blackpool. This Dance Day will incorporate all levels of IDTA students from Preparatory to Advanced 2 standard. Both days should be fantastic and we’d encourage all IDTA pupils to attend.
