Last November we had our annual Technical course. Ms Vanessa Hooper, chairperson of the IDTA Ballet committee came to Ireland to introduce the new Intermediate Ballet Syllabus. The new syllabus is fantastic and I’m sure all our IDTA teachers will enjoy teaching this to their students. Ms Vanessa Hooper also presented Rebecca Flynn and Amy with vouchers on behalf of the All Ireland Theatre committee for their scholarship nominations.

Kim Stanley From the Chester School of Dance was also awarded with a voucher from the committee for receiving the Commendation Award for Ireland for 2005 from the IDTA head office.
